No question of contesting for Lok Sabha: N Raghuveera Reddy

Kalyanadurgam: Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee chief N Raghuveera Reddy has made it clear that regardless of an alliance with the TDP, he would contest from Kalyanadurgam as a Congress candidate. 

He said the party was preparing for the elections in the right earnest and has appointe committees in every booth of the constituency. 

He said there was no truth in the reports that he would contest from Hindupur for Lok Sabha. He said he was confident that the party would nominate him as the candidate from Kalyanadurgam.

Talking to mediapersons in Kalyanadurgam, he said that no decision has yet been taken about alliance with the TDP and said that the party high command would consult the state unit before taking a final decision on alliances.  

He said that he would convey the sentiments of the party workers to the party leadership on the issue.
