University VCs To Be Appointed Soon In AP

Andhra Pradesh government will appoint Vice Chancellors to all universities soon,  State Human Resources Development minister Ganta Srinivas said.  

He instructed the officials concerned to initiate process for the recruitment of VCs immediately.  The officials were also asked to complete all necessary works for the set up of Ongole university on war footing.  

The issue of minimum pay for contract employees, filling Assistant Professor posts and the conduct of DSc were also discussed in the meeting held by the minister with the officials.
