Governor to administer oath to chief justices of TS, AP on Jan 1

Governor ESL Narsimhan to administer oath to Justice Radhakrishnan as TS High Court Chief Justice on January 1 at 8.30 am and thereafter he will fly to Vijayawada to administer oath to Chief Justice of AP High court at 10 am.
