Supreme Court adjourns High Court bifurcation plea to Jan 2

  The Supreme Court on Monday adjourned the lunch motion petition filed by Andhra Pradesh High Court Advocates to January 2 which stated to postpone the functional of AP High Court. The president Ramnath Kovind issued a notification that the separate High Court for will be functioning from January 1, 2019.

The plea by the association stated AP has not readied the high court yet and it will take another 10 months to complete the building.
