Undavalli demands open debate on white papers

Rajahmundry: Former MP Undsvalli Arun Kumar has demanded state government to come for an open debate on white papers released to knoe the facts about white papers.

The government should obtain permission from Apex court six months before to store water in copper dam.How can the government assures to give water through gravity from polavaram project, he questioned.
