Telangana prisoners get relief from washing clothes with the laundry machines

 Prisoners in Telangana can now avail better facilities in jail as the Telangana prisons department implanted huge washing machines in 12 major prisons in the state. Earlier, the facility was provided only in Central jails. 

Central jails like Chanchalguda, Cherlapally and Warangal as well as district jails in Mahabubnagar, Nalgonda, Sangareddy, Karimnagar, Khammam, Adilabad and Nizamabad were provided with 15 kg and 60 kg washing machines along with the detergents. 

Around Rs 7-8 lakh has been spent for by the department for providing the machines.
