Rice salad with Dry fruits and Nuts

 Ingredients :

For the salad 
1 1/2 cup water
1 cup of white / brown rice 
1 teaspoon honey 
2 teaspoons rice vinegar 
1 teaspoon sesame oil 
1/4 cup cup dried cranberries 
1/4 cup pitted and chopped dates
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped scallions 
3 tablespoons toasted pecans

In a large saucepan, bring water to a book and add white/ brown rice and boil again. Reduce the heat and simmer, cover until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed for about 15 minutes. Spread out the rice on a flat plate and let it cook for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, whisk together honey, rice vinegar and sesame oil in a large bowl. Add the dried cranberries, dates, parsley, scallions and pecans to the rice( which can be transferred to a bowl) mix all the ingredients well to create an appetisin
