THAI GOLD FOR PRANJALA

Hyderabad’s Pranjala Yadlapalli and Rutuja Bhosale with the trophies after winning the doubles title in the $25,000 Nonthaburi Tournament Week in the Thai province of Nonthaburi on Friday. 

The third seeded Indian pair crushed top seeded Bains Naiktha and Stefkova Barbora 2-6, 6-0, (10-6). 

Meanwhile, the Hyderabad girl’s run in singles ended in the semifinals after losing to China’s Wang Xiyu 3-6, 6-2, 2-6.
