Private schools oppose corporate institutions

Khammam: The Khammam District Recognised Private Schools Management Association at  a roundtable conference here on Thursday opposed setting up of corporate institutions. Representatives of various political parties, their student organisations attended. Association president Ramana Rao chaired the conference.

Speakers alleged that corporate schools were, besides hitting local institutions, causing financial havoc among parents and students through their announcements/allurements.

The speakers included TDP district president Brahmayya, TRS city chief Kamarthapu Murali,  CPM (ML-New Democrary) leader Venkateswara Rao, CPI district general secretary Bagam Hanumanth Rao, Balagangadha Tilak (Congress), CPI(M) district general secretary Nunna Nageswara Rao.
