TV viewers association flays TRAI proposals

Hyderabad: The President of TV Viewers Association of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, Kapilavai Ravinder, has condemned TRAI’s (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) proposals converting TV channels into pay channels. 

He expressed his concern over imposing additional burden on poor and middle-class TV viewers. The last date for implementing the proposals is December 29. He urged people not to subscribe to pay channels and view only free channels. Among those who were present on the occasion include the association members K Ravinder, G Hanumantha Rao and others.
