Cops conduct awareness meet on SHE Teams

Kothagudem: The district police on Thursday conducted an awareness programme on SHE Teams at Nalanda Intermediate Junior College in coal town. Karunakar, Circle Inspector of Laxmidevipally and Chunchupally and SI Naresh attended the programme. 

Addressing the students, they explained how the SHE Teams work towards the safety and security of women. They asked the girl students to utilise the services of SHE Teams and suggested them to report any cases of eve-teasing and other such issues to SHE Teams for quick redressal. Over 150 students took part in the programme.
