Mega job mela at Falaknuma today

Falaknuma: The South Zone police are conducting a mega job drive, in coordination with TMI Group, on Saturday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm at The Progress High School at Engine Bowli in Falaknuma. The organisers are expecting to recruit more than 2,000 youths in various private companies. All aspiring candidates with the qualifications starting from 7th grade to PG are eligible for the programme.

Speaking to The Hans India, K Srinivasa Rao, Inspector of police at Falaknuma, said that as per the instructions from the director general of police, the commissioner of police, Hyderabad City, and the DCP for South Zone, the ‘job connect’ program is being organised in Falaknuma division. “A great opportunity for the unemployed youths of the Old City,” he said.
Police staff, along with the TMI e-van service, offered registration forms to the candidates in the division. 

“Around twenty reputed companies are participating in job connect program. For the event, the candidates should come with their resumes. The event is offering 2,000 jobs in different wings like Android developers, content writers, cooking, customer care executives, electricians, web designing, pharmacist, sales and marketing executives, housekeeping, security guards and many other wings,” the inspector said.

TMI group comprises of a candidate management team that takes “employment van” to the candidates’ doorsteps, be it in the most crowded areas of the city or the most remote areas around the city and helps the youth register their details for free. The van is equipped with all facilities required to be able to collect candidate data and the requirements of the employers. The vans will go to different locations where the density of youth population is high, the organisers said.

The ‘Job Connect’ program aims to connect skills with opportunities. The recruitment is all about changing lives and supporting individuals in decision-making process in their careers and providing organizations with the employees that are ‘just right’ for them.
