2 held, tiger skin seized 

Mancherial: The forest officials took two persons into custody and seized skin of tiger from them at Mandamarri town, Mancherial district on Wednesday.

According to Mancherial DFO Rama Lingam, based on information provided by a voluntary organisation of Maharashtra, forest officials seized tiger skin from the house of Inlaveni Lingaiah and arrested Mekala Narsaiah of Peddapalli district and Komaraiah of Manthani at Raman Colony in Mandamarri town.

A case was registered and investigation is on. Forest Divisional Officer Venkateshwar Rao, Forest Range Officer Mallaiah, Deputy FROs Subhash, Jameel and others were present.
