Fire breaks out in air cooler godown at Shamshabad

​Hyderabad: Fire broke out at an air cooler godown in Perumal VNR Ventures area in Shamshabad Mandal under RGI Airport police station limits on Friday.  Although no loss of life has been reported in the incident, the property loss is said to be considerably around Rs 10 lakh. 

Locals immediately informed the police and fire officials. Two fire tenders rushed to the spot and battled for hours to douse the fire.  Due to heavy fire, glasses of the building broke into pieces and due to the smoke, tension prevailed in the area. Police evacuated people from nearby houses as a precaution. Police are investigating to find out reasons for the fire accident.
