Dr Sanjay Gupta appointed VC World University of Design

Hyderabad: Dr Sanjay Gupta has been appointed as the first Vice Chancellor of World University of Design (WUD), Sonipat, India's first and only university dedicated to education in the creative domain. He has assumed charge with effect from Wednesday. 

He is a seasoned academician, who has led and championed the cause of design education in the country for the past 30 years. With his unique vision and passion for integrated education, he has successfully bridged the gap between design, art and technology education in the country by designing curricula that meet the current as well as future demands of the design space.
