HCA league witnesses couple of splendid knocks with Paras and Datta's centuries
The HCA has league which is going smoothly in Hyderabad has witnessed a great match on Friday with opener Paras Raj of Baalaji CC team stood with an unbeaten century. The openers knock led the team to a massive eight-wicket win over Crown CC in the HCA's A-2 Division (2-day) League Championship.
Chasing a bug total of 256, Baalaji CC had a poor start with Romith Reddy (22) and Siddharth Naidu (11) going to pavilion at 57.
At this very crucial time Paraa who missed his century by a run in previous game taken a partnership with G Raju making 201 for the third wicket partnership. Paras scored 150 in 138 deliveries.
In another match, Shiva Datta struck a century to help Aggarwal Sr CC to a four-wicket win against Cheerful Chums. Batting first, Chums put up a massive score of 321 for seven with Sri Madhav helping with 103 (157b; 18x4). With Datta's unbeaten 135 and Arjun's 93 as Aggarwal replied with 322 for six.
Concorde CC team has won with against Green turf with the help of S Nikhil grabbing seven wickets. Concorde CC won chasing the a little score of 100.
while the match between Galaxy CC and Venus Cybertech took place where Galaxy CC has won with six wickets with Keshav scalping six wickets. Venus were restricted to 206 as Keshav took six for 56. Galaxy replied with 211 for five.
whike Adnan Ahmed took six for 80 to help Charminar CC post a 78-run win over HUCC.
Yeshwant's five for 63 went in vain as Oxford Blues went down to Saleemnagar CC by two wickets. N Ajay's five for 51 haul helped Warangal District post a 180-run win over Rakesh XI.
