Apple AirPods Pro Launched: Know Price, Features, and Availability

After so many leaks and rumours, the next-gen Apple has finally unveiled AirPods Pro for $250. The new AirPods comes with active noise cancellation feature and flaunts an entirely new design when compared to the earlier AirPods.

The AirPods Pro brings in-ear style design with a new H1 chip, which "features 10 audio cores and powers everything from sound to Siri". Apple has said that it uses "two microphones combined with advanced software to continuously adapt to each ear and headphone fit" to attain noise cancellation. The first microphone faces outward and reduces background noises from outside while the second one is inside the ear to clear out any remaining noise that's picked up by the microphone. The best point is noise cancellation can be disabled as well AirPods Pro's transparency mode allows users to hear outside ambient noise such as traffic so that you are aware of your environs.

The company is also advertising adaptive EQ on the AirPods Pro which "tunes the low- and mid-frequencies of the music to the shape of an individual's ear — resulting in a rich, immersive listening experience", as per Apple. The AirPods Pro, another concern with in-ear designs, is the discomfort one might feel after wearing them for a long time, it has addressed this problem by using a vent system to equalise pressure and reduce discomfort.

Another exclusive feature on the AirPods Pro is the Ear Tip Fit Test where after you place AirPods Pro in each ear, algorithmically Apple will detect whether the ear tip is the right size and fits well. Apple said the AirPods Pro would come to India very soon.
