3 killed, 2 injured as car collides with lorry in Bhadradri

Three people were killed after a car rammed into a coal-loaded lorry in the early hours on Monday at Bhadradri-Kothagudem district.

The mishap took place at Penagadapa leaving the three dead on the spot. While the injured were sent to a hospital for treatment. The deceased were identified as Ramesh (40), Sujatha (35) and Prashanti (30).

The police took up the investigation and sent the bodies to the morgue.

On Sunday night, two persons died on the spot when an auto-rickshaw and an auto-trolley collided on National Highway 63 at Kammarpally mandal of Nizamabad.

The deceased Shyam Sunder (36) and his son-in-law Vinay Kumar, both are the natives of Thorlikonda village of Jakranpally in Nizamabad.
