Adilabad: Collector Sikta Patnaik flags off Chaitanya Rath

Adilabad: District Collector Sikta Patnaik inaugurated the beti bachao-beti padhao chaitanya rath at Konda Laxman Bapuji Chowk, here, in Adilabad on Saturday

Sikta said that child marriage and child trafficking should be stopped. The collector also said that a campaign should be launched to make people aware of such issues, for help and punishments for the guilty and to prevent child marriages.

District welfare officer Milka, district child protection officer Rajendra Prasad and others were present.
