All arrangements in place for MLC elections

Siddipet: Tight security arrangements have been put in place for MLC elections, said Commissioner of Police D Joyal Davis. He said webcasting and geotagging have been completed in as many as 58 polling centres.

The CP said as many as eight CIs, 25 Sis, 28 head constables, 234 constables, 30 AR staff and a total of 325 police officials were deployed to conduct the elections peacefully.

CIs would inspect bandobast in circle and ACPs in division range. He said section 144 would be imposed at all polling centres.
