Autos Overloading School Children Seized by Traffic Police

Nagar Kurnool: Following the directions of SP Gaikwad Vaibhav Raghunath, the traffic police in Nagar Kurnool district conducted a special drive on Tuesday. Under the supervision of Traffic Sub-Inspector Kalyan, checks were carried out across the town to curb the overloading of passengers, especially school children.

During the drive, police found several autos carrying more than 20 students in a single vehicle, posing a serious risk to their safety. The police immediately seized such autos on the spot and warned the drivers against endangering the lives of school children.

SI Kalyan issued a strict caution to auto drivers, stating that severe action will be taken if they continue to overload vehicles and play with the lives of students. The special drive resulted in the seizure of multiple autos, and officials emphasized that such inspections will continue regularly.

Parents and locals appreciated the prompt action taken by the traffic police.
