Celestial wedding of Lord Shiva, Parvathi held

Dubbak: Celestial wedding of Shiva and Parvathi, and a Yagna were organised here at Sri Bhaktha Markandeya temple in Ramakkapet village, on Thursday. The festivities were organised on the occasion of 18th anniversary of the temple.

Speaking on the occasion, the organisers said the festivities have been organising for 18 years. They hoped the God's mercy and blessing will be showered upon the villagers. Leaders of the community Rajanarsaiah, Putta Venkatesh, Mudigonda Bhagavan and a large number of devotees attended the programme.
