Chaddi gang makes away with Rs 7.6 lakh worth booty in Hyderabad

A six-member Chaddi gang struck yet again at a Veda Patashala at Kuntloor in Hayathnagar and made away with seven tolas of gold.

The gang later barged into two houses and fled with 11 tolas of gold, Rs 50 cash and a mobile phone. One of the victims, Kumaraswamy said that the gang tied him and stole the valuables from his home.

The LB Nagar DCP Sampreet Singh inspected the area and said that the gang committed to the robbery around 2 am. A 10-member team has been formed by the police to nab the Chaddi gang members, said Singh.
