Children tie rakhis to each other in Karimnagar

Karimnagar: The students and staff of Blue Bells High School have celebrated Raksha Bandhan on Wednesday in the school at Hanuman Nagar in Karimnagar, one day earlier.

RSS chief Shikshak Vadlakonda Satish, leaders K Prasad, Devenderji and School Principal Janga Sunitha Manohar Reddy were the chief guests at the programme.

RSS leader V Satish explained the students about the importance of Raksha Bandhan and also about tree plantation and protection, and water conservation. Students tied rachis to one another on the occasion.
