Contract Municipal workers conduct stage protest rally

Khammam: As part of state wide called the municipal contract workers conducted staged protest rally demanding the solve their pending issues on Thursday. Number of contract workers and supporters were participated the rally program.

Speaking on the occasion, the leaders of the workers the government is neglecting the long pending issues from the many years. They appealed to the government to give minimum salaries of the workers Rs.24,000/-.

They also said, if the government is not responding to their demands the state wide protest programme would be conducted serious protest. They also called to the worker everyone should participate the strike program on 5th this month.

The parties of CPM, Congress, and CPI supported the staged protest program.The program was conducted in early hours of the day.The party leaders K.Venkateswara Rao, T.Vishnu Vardhan, Laxmi Narayana, Deepak chowdary and others were attended the program.
