Dr Laxman consoles family of Jyothi
Parigi: BJP State president Dr K Laxman demanded immediate removal of Education Minister G Jagadish Reddy from the cabinet for unprecedented fiasco of the Intermediate.
He questions who holds the responsibility for suicides of 27 candidates for Intermediate Boards goof up? He visited the family of Jyothi, a inter student who committed suicide in Kankal village in Pudur mandal on Wednesday.
He said he met all the families of the victims who ended their lives. The dreams of parents were shattered who had great expectations on their children, he lamented.
He said almost three lakhs of students were failed out of ten lakhs. It is the state government's fault to involve unqualified agency like Globarena, he criticised. Laxman demanded ex gratia of Rs 50 lakh for each victim.
