They demanded the State government to do same justice to them which was done in Disha's case. Speaking to the media, Sarpanch Kavitha stated that the government has done justice to Disha's family within eight days in the form of police encounter but similar cases of rape and murder of three minor girls of Hajipur by killer Srinivas Reddy are still continuing in the court for the past 8 months.

She expressed her serious concern over the inordinate delay in rendering justice to the family members of Hajipur victims where as speedy justice was done in Disha by the same government within 8 days.

She demanded the state government to show the sincerity towards the families of the victim girls of neglected sections in Hajipur incident in which the accused Marri Srinivas Reddy is still alive without any punishment.

She further alleged that accused Srinivas Reddy is enjoying life in prison while families of the victim girls are spending sleepless nights as their loving daughters were raped, tortured and cruelly murdered by him.

She reiterated that agony of families of the victim girls can be minimized only with killing of the accused Srinivas Reddy in encounter. Tungani Meena, sister of victim girl Kalpana, T. Mallesh, father of victim girl Manisha and P. Naga Laxmi, mother of victim girl Shravani felt that Disha rape and murder could not take place if government had killed Hajipur minor girls killer Srinivas Reddy in an encounter.
