Hyderabad: Former TV9 CEO Ravi Prakash arrested

Former TV9 CEO Ravi Prakash has been taken into custody from his home by the Banjara Hills police today. He is being quizzed at ACP office in Banjara Hills.

It is learned that Ravi Prakash was arrested for allegedly obstructing the police from investigating. A case was registered against him two days ago for hindering police duties. However, the TV9 management also lodged a complaint against Ravi Prakash, ABCL former CFO KVN Murthy and Clifford Pereira for transferring Rs 18.31 crores of companies funds to their personal accounts.

Earlier, the TV9 present CEO Gottipati Singarao lodged a complaint against Ravi Prakash and KVN Murthy who are said to have utilised Rs 12 crore from Alanda Media and a complaint.
