Hyderabad: Funds sought for community hall in Kapra

Kapra: Residents of Balaji Enclave submitted a memorandum to local corporator Swarna Raj on Friday, seeking funds for resuming community hall construction work. It is said that GHMC sanctioned Rs 7.5lakh towards the construction. The work came to halt for six months now for want of more funds. Residents said the work requires another 7.5 lakh. Swarna Raj assured them that he would speak to GHMC engineering officials and allocate required funds.

The residents also sought road repair work. Kapra division TRS president Mahender Reddy, joint secretary Gilbert, Koppula Kumar, Pavan, M Pandu, Sunkam Yadagiri, M Gouse, S Narasimha, Krishna, Narasinga Rao, Venkataiah, Thudum Narasinga Rao, women wing president Sujatha, Surekha, Bhanumathi and others were present.
