Jagga Reddy to stage hunger strike on Aug 10

Hyderabad: Congress MLA T Jagga Reddy on Friday announced that he would stage hunger strike in Sangareddy on August 10 if the government did not give Godavari water to the people of Sangareddy by July 30.

Speaking to the media informally, he said one lakh people would be mobilised for the protest.

He would hold the hunger strike come what may. He said he has proposed the protest to address the agony of the people.
