KTR appreciates Hyderabad police, GHMC for peacefully holding Ganesh immersion
Hyderabad: With the immersion of Ganesh idols ended on a peaceful note, TRS working president and minister KT Rama Rao appreciated the city police and the officials of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC).
He extended compliments to Director General of Police, Telangana, Mahender Reddy and GHMC commissioner Lokesh Kumar for successfully completing the immersion process.

The police under Hyderabad, Cyberabad and Rachakonda commissioners have made elaborate arrangements for the immersion and held it successfully. Around 30,000 police personnel were deployed along with the special teams. The special team include Telangana State Special Police, Central Parliamentary Forces and Rapid Action Force.
