Kukatpally: MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao urged them to focus attention to ensure that drinking water

Kukatpally: After convening a meeting of the GHMC corporators of his constituency on Friday, local MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao urged them to focus attention to ensure that drinking water does not become an issue in the ensuing summer. He advised them to prepare advance plans to avert any water shortage in every division.

Addressing the meeting in his camp office here, Rao also advised the corporators to pay attention to solve other problems like underground drainage, pothole-filled roads. The MLA told them to assist poor people in securing pensions, 'Kalyana Lakshmi'/'Shadi Mubarak' cheques, the CM Relief Fund assistance, besides other welfare schemes.

Among those present at the meeting were constituency coordinator Satish Arora and corporators Kanduri Narendra Chary, Jupalli Satyanarayana, Pandala Satish Goud, Muddam Narsing Yadav, Tumu Shravan Kumar, Sabiha Begum, Taruni Nayi, Babu Rao, Adusumilli Venkateswar Rao, Saibaba and Harinath.
