L&T issues clarification over HC notices

Hyderabad: The L&T on Friday clarified that the High Court has not issued any notice to L&T company as reported in the legal columns of The Hans India newspaper on May 10 publication.

It was reported that the vacation bench of Acting Chief Justice Raghavendra Singh Chauhan and Justice Shameem Akther heard the plea of the petitioner M/s Urban Asia Restaurants and Hotels Pvt Ltd through its counsel V Ramachander Goud and ordered notices to the authorities.

The spokesperson of L&TMRHL however denied that the High Court had given any notice to them.
