Man held in Hyderabad for sending obscene content to friend's daughter

A 40-year-old man was arrested on Saturday for sending obscene content to his friend's 17-year-old daughter.

It is learned that the man has taken her mobile number a few days ago and has been sending her obscene pictures since then. Fed up over his behaviour, the girl informed her parents who lodged a complaint against the accused.

The police registered a case under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO) and sent the accused to judicial custody.
