National Lok Adalat settles 11,467 cases in Telangana

Hyderabad: As many as 11,467 cases were settled in the National Lok Adalat held on Saturday.
The settled cases included Compoundable Criminal Cases - 1090; Excise - 534; N.I. Act - 906; Matrimonial - 7; Crimes - 151 and Pre-Litigation Cases - 8,779.
The National Lok Adalat was organised by the Telangana State Legal Services Authority in pursuance of the guidelines issued by the National Legal Services Authority.
