Nirmal: 96 two-wheelers seized during cordon & search

Nirmal: Police have seized 98 two-wheelers, three autos and liquor worth Rs 20,000 during Cordon and Search operation in Medipally village of Nirmal mandal on Tuesday.

Speaking to the media, Superintendent of Police C Shashidhar Raju said that police had deployed six checking parties in villages and towns for round-the-clock surveillance along with Blue Colts and patrolling teams to observe movements of criminals.

He requested the villagers to inform the police if they found anything suspicious in their areas. The SP also asked them to wear helmets while driving.
