One dead, several injured in freak collision on highway

Kodad (Suryapet): A tragic road accident occurred on the national highway near Dorakunta village in Kodad mandal of Suryapet district.

A car traveling from Vijayawada towards Kodad suffered a sudden tyre burst, causing the driver to lose control.

The vehicle overturned and was flung onto the opposite lane, where it violently collided with another car heading from Kodad to Vijayawada.
