Phone explodes in pocket, youth sustains injuries

Hyderabad: A youth received injuries when his mobile phone exploded in his pocket at Macha Bollaram in Alwal police station limits on Tuesday.

According to police, the victim identified as Imran had bought the mobile recently. The mobile exploded in his pocket when he was on his bike and travelling towards Bollaram.

He received minor injuries on his head and face. Immediately, the locals shifted him to the Cantonment hospital for treatment.
