Ramagundam; Significance of personality development explained

Ramagundam: Two-day programme on Personality Development/Reservation Policy for SC/ST employees was organised at EDC, NTPC-Ramagundam on Tuesday. Chief guest of the occasion,Mathew Vurghese, CGM (O&M), NTPC-Ramagundam inaugurated the programme and spoke on the significance of personality development and awareness on Reservation Policy.

Faculty of the occasion, Prof P D Satyapal spoke on various facets of Personality Development, which are essential for career growth. He also spoke in depth on Reservation Policy for SC/ST employees and underlined the importance of awareness on various constitutional provisions and amendments thereon.

Around 133 employees are nominated to attend the two-day programme. On the opening day, office bearers of NTPC SC&ST Employees Welfare Association and others were present.
