SIT notice to Santosh Kumar lists wrong designation

The SIT has issued a notice to BRS leader and KCR’s close relative Santosh Kumar in the ongoing phone-tapping case. However, the notice incorrectly mentioned him as a current Rajya Sabha MP.

Santosh served as a Rajya Sabha member from 2018 to 2024 and was eligible for only one term. Due to political reasons, he did not secure a second term in the Upper House.
