Stones pelted at TSRTC bus in Nizamabad, none hurt

Two unknown persons pelted stones at a TSRTC bus here at Vikarabad. The bus from Vikarabad depot was returning from Parigi when two bike-borne miscreants attacked with stones.

The front end of the bus was partially damaged in the incident. However, no casualties have been reported. A police vehicle is also escorting the bus when the incident occurred.

The police suspected that the TSRTC workers might have pelted stones at the bus.

On the other hand, around 150 TSRTC buses from three depots are being run with tight security in Vikarabad. As many as 57,000 workers joined the statewide strike today.
