Swachh Bharat activist calls on Harish Rao

Tooparan: Swachh Bharat activist and tea vendor called on Finance Minister T Harish Rao on Monday and greeted him on the occasion of Diwali. He has been earning a livelihood by selling tea for 10 years and ensured that his surroundings are always clean.
