Three held for organising online cricket betting in Asifnagar PS limits

The Hyderabad Commissionerates West Zone Task Force sleuths on latenight of Tuesday arrested three persons including the main bookie for organising online cricket betting.

According to Task Force sleuths, on credible information they raided at one cricket betting hub situated at Dattatreya nagar area of Asifnagar police station limits and apprehended three persons namely Rajesh Singh (54, main bookie), Neeraj Singh (29) and Laxmikanth Varma (32) for organising online cricket betting and seized a net cash of Rs 1.50 lakh , 8 mobile phones, 1 TV set, 1 Set top box and other material from their possession. The accused along with seized property handed over to Asifnagar police for further investigation.
