The TRS leaders would be discussing about the poll results and also decide on a strategy to be adopted based on the outcome of the elections, according to sources.

The TRS has so far maintained equal distance from both the BJP and the Congress and has also given a call for the Congress and BJP mukth Bharat.

The TRS president has been advocating the Federal Front with an aim to bring qualitative change in political firmament of the country.

He has also met different political party leaders including TMC chief Mamata Banerjee, DMK leader M K Stalin, BJD leader Naveen Patnaik and others.

It may be mentioned here that the TRS chief also visited Kerala and Tamil Nadu just a week ago and discussed about the political situation with the CPM and DMK leaders.

According to sources, the party leaders would be discussing on what the next step of the party should be in the wake of the exit polls. Chandrashekar Rao had talked about the crucial role for the TRS in forming the government at the Centre.

It would be interesting to note what the party would decide in case there is a clear mandate.

"The party will stand beside KCR sir whatever be the decision he takes.

Our party chief will take a decision which will ultimately benefit the interests of people of Telangana. Our party chief may take a decision only after the final results," opined a senior leader.

Important leaders including the candidates for the 17 Lok Sabha constituencies are likely to attend the meeting.

Meanwhile, it is learnt that there is a discussion within the party about who are the couple of leaders who are slated to lose the elections.

According to the Chief Minister, the TRS is aiming to win 16 Lok Sabha seats leaving out one for its friendly partner AIMIM. However, most of the exit poll surveys predicted 12 to 14 seats.

The TRS leaders are now discussing who would be the unlucky ones to lose. However, the TRS leaders are optimistic that the party would win 16 seats.
