Unknown persons set fire to parked vehicles

Hyderabad: Two unidentified persons allegedly set ablaze few parked two-wheelers at an apartment in Chitraseema colony under Vanasthalipuram police station limits on intervening night of Monday and Tuesday.

According to police, it was assumed as an accident by the residents but later they came to know that two unknown miscreants deliberately set fire after spilling petrol over the vehicles.

Few children and senior citizens have suffered breathing problems due to the dense fire. On receipt of the complaint, police registered a case under 435 IPC and took up investigation.
