Vemulawada: MLA Ch Ramesh gets a breather from Telangana High Court

Vemulawada: The Telangana High Court on Friday issued stay orders over the cancellation of the citizenship of MLA Chennamaneni Ramesh by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) two days ago.

Y Rama Rao, the advocate of MLA Ch Ramesh argued that citizenship deprivation comes only when the persons behaviour is not conductive to the public good. Hearing the arguments, the High Court Justice Challa Kondanda Ram issued stay orders and posted the case for further hearing to December 16.
