Vyasaya Karmika Sangham holds meeting

Vikarabad: Vyasaya Karmika Sangham (VKS) held a meeting under the leadership of U Buggappa at the sangham office here on Thursday.

Former district president of VKS P Mallesh, district general secretary M Venkataiah, vice president R Mahipal and Narender were present. Discussions have been made on pass books to be given to famers for whom government sanctioned assigned lands.

The members criticised Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for not implementing his electoral promise of providing three acres land to girijans. They also criticized district collector for working against development of the poor, dalits and girijans.

They said the government could not provide two-bedroom houses for the poor but it is demolishing their present houses. VKS leaders Narasimhulu, Manikayam, Srinivas, Ananthaiah, Anantharamulu, Raju, Hanumanthu and others were also present.
