Warangal on development path : West MLA D Vinay Bhaskar

Warangal: All the developmental activity in the city that came to a grinding halt due to election model code of conduct would be resumed, Warangal West MLA D Vinay Bhaskar said, speaking to media persons on Friday. Efforts are on to make Warangal city a tourist destination, he said, referring to a host of developmental activity – Bhadrakali lakefront promenade etc.

Hanamkonda has a history of 2,000 years, ancient than Warangal and Hyderabad, he said, stating that erstwhile capital of Kakatiyas has all the ingredients to harness tourism potential. He said that double bedroom houses constructed at Ambedkar Nagar and Sai Nagar are ready to throw open. They will be inaugurated by TRS working president K T Rama Rao soon, he said.
