2nd phase of AgriGold deposit claims from today
The second phase of claims by AgriGold victims who deposited below Rs 10,000 will be received from Monday. According to district judge Gandham Sunitha, a mandal-wise plan has been prepared to receive the claims from the depositors till April 10.

Accompanied by District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) secretary K Sailaja, the judge in Eluru on Saturday said the depositors that the AgriGold victims with deposits below Rs 10,000 were received in the first phase from February 25 to March 14. As still the depositors seeking claims remained, as per the directives of the High Court, they prepared a plan to receive the claims under second phase.
The judge said that those seeking claims should submit their applications at DLSA office located at district court in Eluru. The depositors should submit deposit bond, receipts, Photostat copies of bank passbook and Aadhaar card. In case of death of depositor, the nominee can apply for claim. Those who cannot come to DLSA office personally can submit authorisation letter along with documents, she added.
