In a horrific incident, a travel bus carrying migrant workers at Baligam village of Madasa manual in Srikakulam district has accidentally turned turtle. There were 42 passengers in the bus at the time of the accident and more than 30 of them were injured who have been shifted to Palasa Government Hospital for treatment. The accident occurred when migrant labourers were travelling to Karnataka after completing quarantine period. All the victims were identified as migrant labourers from West Bengal.
All of the passengers trembled as the bus turtles on. The locals immediately rushed them to the hospital. The police who registered the case are investigating the case further. The accident left everyone with minor injuries and all breathed safely with no casualties reported. Locals say the bus was lost the control due to the over speed and the driver's negligence.
